Interpretive Strategy for Tweed, Scotland

Completion Date: 01/01/1990

The Tweed Forum (see ) have just (February 2001) appointed S & A to undertake a three month study to prepare a new strategy for interpretation for the Tweed River catchment. This area in the Borders region of Scotland and England is a landscape rich in strong themes and storylines. It is an area attractive to emerging short break tourist markets and day trips from the conurbations of central Scotland and northern England. The aim of the study is to identify a co-ordinated approach to guide the work of the Forum and its partners.
